Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family residential community. Responsibilities

1. Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, repairs, service requests, turns, and groundskeeping.
2. Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
3. Conduct safety inspections, correct unsafe practices, and train staff on safety and chemical handling.
4. Participate in department or regional meetings and community events; lead safety and department meetings.
5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
6. Maintain departmental budget and ensure projects stay within financial guidelines.
7. Prepare project specifications, solicit bids, and oversee vendor work quality.
8. Order maintenance supplies efficiently and maintain inventory.
9. Ensure timely completion of service requests and maintenance projects according to quality standards.
10. Update and manage service requests using Yardi Mobile.
11. Troubleshoot and train staff on trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and others.
12. Ensure safety compliance and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
13. Adhere to OSHA and other safety regulations and policies.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
2. Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
3. Strong knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and appliance repair.
4. HVAC and EPA certifications preferred.
5. Effective communication skills with management, vendors, and residents.
6. Proficiency with small tools and basic electrical and carpentry repairs.
7. Basic computer skills, including mobile devices and PCs.
8. Valid license may be required.
9. Availability for on-call, emergency, and off-hours work.
10. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
