Maintenance Supervisor - Park Avenue West

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Park Avenue West community, a 122-unit apartment complex in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and motivate maintenance staff and other team members
• Oversee property repairs and maintenance needs
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Assess and repair appliances
• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Participate in on-call duties as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
• HVAC and EPA certification preferred
• CPO certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required

Compensation

Pay Range: $30-$33/hour
