Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for safe, affordable housing communities in Highland Park, NJ. You’ll supervise repairs, manage work orders, oversee preventive maintenance, and collaborate with the Community Manager on budgets and resident care.

Qualified candidates have HVAC certification, 5+ years of residential maintenance, strong leadership, and experience with budgets, vendors, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience with team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.

Salary: $26.00 - $32.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation
