You will oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and make-ready units while coordinating with the Community Manager on budgets and inspections.

The role requires 5+ years in apartment maintenance, HVAC certs, and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi.

• Experience with budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.

Maintenance Supervisor – Affordable Housing | Egg Harbor City, NJ

Salary: $26.00 - $28.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

What You’ll Bring As a Maintenance Supervisor

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.

Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
