Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Princeton, NJ to lead a hands-on team ensuring safe, well-maintained affordable housing communities. You will supervise repairs, coordinate with property leadership, and drive resident satisfaction.

The role blends leadership with technical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and safety compliance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in residential maintenance, HVAC certification, and experience managing budgets and on-call responses.

• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance expertise.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems; on-call readiness within 30 minutes.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.

Salary: $26.00 - $28.00 | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Supervisor

You’re organized, dependable, and skilled in both leadership and repair work. You bring:

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.
