Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leading workforce solutions company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its client’s manufacturing team in Hanover, PA. You will lead maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and drive reliability and safety across the plant.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and CMMS experience, with opportunities to influence maintenance strategy and participate in continuous improvement initiatives in a collaborative environment.

• Review maintenance projects, priorities, and resource planning regularly with management.
• Manage procurement of maintenance materials, tools, and parts required for repairs and maintenance activities.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance management, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with benefits.

Shift: 7am-3pm
