Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Hanover, PA to lead the maintenance team and ensure plant reliability and safety. The role operates 7am-3pm and offers a direct-hire path with benefits.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and work with plant and corporate management to drive operational excellence in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to utilize CMMS systems (e.g., eMaint) for work order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to support plant reliability and safety standards.
