Overview

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Oxford, NC

Shift: 7am-3:30pm

Pay Range: $39.00 - $48.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations
• Ensure all machinery and mechanical equipment operate as designed
• Coordinate with planners and stores supervisors for procurement of parts and materials
• Improve functionality and reliability of facility systems through performance analysis
• Maintain high standards related to foreign material exclusion, procedures, and quality maintenance practices
