Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in Breinigsville, PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to impact production and equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive CNC maintenance experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in coordinating maintenance with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong CNC machinery maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of spray booth systems, electrical schematics, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, spray booths, and production equipment
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventory
• Partner with engineering on equipment upgrades and process improvements
• Ensure OSHA and workplace safety compliance
