A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, manage staff, and ensure timely completion of work orders. Duties and Essential Functions

The Maintenance Supervisor acts as a key liaison between the client and KWPM services & internal support staff, projecting a professional and competent image. Service to the customer should be friendly and outgoing, with an emphasis on timeliness and professional appearance.
This role is crucial to the property's operations and requires organizational skills, attention to detail, good time management, and strong interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include:
Supervisory Responsibility: This position supervises Maintenance, Housekeeping, Groundskeeping (porters), and Welcome Center departments.
Work Environment: Frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles, mechanical parts, vibration, and occasional extreme conditions at construction sites. Noise levels can be loud.
Physical Demands: Regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting over 30 pounds. Must have good vision and focus capabilities.
Position Type/Hours: Full-time, with schedule subject to property needs. May include travel for meetings and training.
Required Education and Experience:
Position Supervision: Reports to the Facility Director.
