Responsibilities

• Assist in the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Fulfill customer service requests promptly.
• Conduct daily rounds checking mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and safety concerns.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs.
• Prepare and turn over vacant units/suites.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Perform light carpentry, drywall repairs, finish work, and touch-up painting.
• Take after-hours “on call” duties as assigned.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the property.
• Address safety risks immediately, such as fire alarms and trip hazards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• HVAC certification.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Excellent diagnostic and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently and maintain a friendly, professional attitude with prospects, residents, and colleagues.
