Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Downey, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and predictive maintenance, safety programs and root-cause analyses. The role includes overseeing equipment reliability and timely repairs on the plant floor.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree with related experience and leadership exposure, or substantial alternative credentials with years in maintenance leadership. The position is full-time with weekend availability and a 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8+ years of specific experience and 2 to 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Electrical or Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead safety meetings, ensure safety compliance and conduct shop safety inspections.
• Ensure equipment and plant operate to company standards and prioritize reliability.
• Coordinate service calls and machine repairs, support mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis
• A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program
• This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards
• Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree
