Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Downey, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and predictive maintenance across the plant. The role emphasizes maintaining a safe work environment, hosting safety meetings, and enforcing lock-out/tag-out procedures while meeting company standards.

You will oversee equipment upkeep, respond to service calls, support mechanics with troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership, or a high school diploma with 6–8+ years and 2–3+ years of leadership.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance is required.

• Salary: $81,360 - $101,700 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
