Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, perform failure and root cause analysis, and ensure plant equipment runs to company standards. This role requires hands-on leadership on a 2nd shift (1pm start) with a strong emphasis on safety.

You will host safety meetings, enforce lock-out/tag-out, support mechanics with troubleshooting, and drive timely service calls and repairs in a compliant stockroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 0–1+ years in leadership.
• High School Diploma/GED or Technical School with 6–8+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership.
• Electrical or vocational certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Perform failure and root cause analysis.
• Maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out.
• Ensure equipment and plant operate to company standards and support mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Complete service calls and machinery repairs in a compliant stockroom; take on other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis
• A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program
• This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards
• Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
