Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time role with weekend availability and 1st shift coverage. You will monitor the production process, lead weekly reviews, manage daily activities and the OPEX budget, and apply Lean techniques to improve plant operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 1–2 years of leadership, or a High School Diploma with 6–8+ years of experience and 3–4+ years of

• Alternative pathway: High School Diploma with 6–8+ years of specific exp and 3–4+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Maintenance Manager.

• Salary: $87,840 - $109,800 plus annual target bonus
