Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Leader in California to guide facility maintenance, drive asset uptime, and implement best-in-class preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You will oversee contractor management, safety compliance, budgeting, and capital projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with leadership experience or equivalent experience, plus knowledge of OSHA standards and reliability principles. Some travel is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of leadership experience or a High School Diploma with 6–8 years of specific experience and 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Electrical or vocational certification preferred.
• Experience with maintenance programs, OSHA safety guidelines and asset management.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance, improving asset utilization and uptime.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs including root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance policies and OSHA safety standards.
• Manage third-party contractors and contractor management programs.
• Maintain equipment, buildings and grounds to company standards, including HVAC and critical process equipment.
• Support budgeting, capital projects, and initiatives to reduce utility use and drive improvements.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $87,840 - $109,800 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through the implementation of professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs that include failure and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with all maintenance company policies and procedures while prioritizing safety in accordance with OSHA regulations and best practices
• Manage third-party contractors and oversee the company contractor management program to maintain operational efficiency
• Maintain all equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including landscaping, fire safety systems, HVAC, and critical process equipment
• Provide responsive and proactive maintenance support to all facility customers, ensuring timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs
• Support facility budgeting and capital projects while championing initiatives that reduce utility consumption and drive continuous improvement through breakdown analysis
• Travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical or Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree
