Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California seeks a Facilities Maintenance Leader to drive asset reliability and preventive maintenance programs across the site. Lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure OSHA-aligned safety practices while coordinating with contractors.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade certification with several years of maintenance leadership experience, with a track record of uptime improvements and utility efficiency in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma with 6–8+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership.
• Preferred Electrical or Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance policies and OSHA safety standards.
• Manage third-party contractors and oversee the contractor management program.
• Maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including HVAC and critical process equipment.
• Provide responsive maintenance support to facility customers and ensure timely service calls and repairs.
• Support facility budgeting and capital projects, driving cost efficiency and utility savings.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Salary: $87,840 - $109,800 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through the implementation of professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes, and developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs that include failure and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with all maintenance company policies and procedures while prioritizing safety in accordance with OSHA regulations and best practices
• Manage third-party contractors and oversee the company contractor management program to maintain operational efficiency
• Maintain all equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including landscaping, fire safety systems, HVAC, and critical process equipment
• Provide responsive and proactive maintenance support to all facility customers, ensuring timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs
• Support facility budgeting and capital projects while championing initiatives that reduce utility consumption and drive continuous improvement through breakdown analysis
• Travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical or Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree
