Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance leader for Reserve at Regency Park. The role guides the maintenance team to uphold property integrity and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate has HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

The position offers competitive compensation and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and disability coverage after one year of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC Type I and II certified as required.
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Preventive Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Compensation: $32 to $38 per hour

Overview

Reserve at Regency Park is looking for a skilled maintenance leader. A professional who can help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our properties.
