Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure the upkeep of our multi‑family properties. This on-site role requires hands‑on management and a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will oversee staffing, training, and coordinating make-ready processes, while maintaining high standards of resident and vendor interactions. A valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification, and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• EPA HVAC certified as a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Preventive Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
