Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC, based in Bozeman, Montana, is looking for skilled maintenance leaders to guide our maintenance team. The ideal candidates will support hiring, training, and supervising maintenance staff while ensuring the property's integrity through inspections and timely service requests.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and EPA HVAC certification. We offer competitive compensation at $33 to $35 per hour, along with 15 days paid time off and various insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• EPA HVAC certified.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills toward residents, staff, and vendors.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Skills
