What You’ll Get To Do

The Maintenance Supervisor is focused on leading personnel, coordinating workflow, and ensuring all maintenance schedules are completed daily. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who possesses leadership skills, strong communication and problem solving skills. A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Lead personnel and coordinate maintenance workflow
• Ensure maintenance schedules are completed daily, meeting quality standards
• Ensure employees safety awareness, (PPE and safety policy adherence)
• Completion of daily timekeeping functions
• Cross training of personnel and assist in their growth
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year leadership/supervision experience in an industrial setting
• Strong Maintenance and troubleshooting background (electrical and mechanical)
• Ability to plan, allocate resources, manage production, coordinate people and equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read and perform basic mathematical calculations as well as read and write numbers, fractions and decimals
• Ability to read and properly utilize a tape measure; knowledge and comprehension of English including reading, writing and speaking
• Experience with Surpass/AS400 preferred
• Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills
• Total Preventative Maintenance Champion
