Job summary

Interfor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Fayette, Alabama to oversee the maintenance crew and ensure safety and reliability in operations. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing maintenance activities, leading a team, and managing projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and have 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in wood products. A post-secondary education or journeyman certification is preferred.

• Results-driven and able to prioritize under pressure.
