Job summary

Interfor is seeking a Sawmill Supervisor in Fayette, Alabama to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced mill environment. You’ll drive safety, productivity, quality, and cost improvements while mentoring operators and maintenance staff.

In this hands-on leadership role, your sawmill expertise will guide daily operations, ensure policy compliance, and foster a culture of excellence across shifts. You’ll collaborate across departments to meet production goals and uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 3+ years in sawmill operations.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
