Interfor is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent for the Bay Springs mill in Mississippi to lead the reliability and performance of maintenance operations. You’ll drive safety, optimize preventive maintenance, and manage a maintenance team to reduce costs and improve equipment reliability.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, problem solving, and hands-on experience with CMMS and MS Office in a heavy industry setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of heavy industry experience preferred.
• Leadership of maintenance teams and operations.
• CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.
