Job summary

WMFHA in the Akron area is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a high-volume, highly automated facility. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability initiatives, and building a proactive culture across a multi-shift team.

You will oversee a busy maintenance group, drive uptime improvements, and ensure PM compliance while supporting a 24/7 operation in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership experience in a large-scale F&B or high-speed consumer products facility.
• Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background with proactive culture development.
• Proven ability to develop, train, and hold maintenance teams accountable.
• Experience improving equipment reliability, uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance execution.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge with PLCs, automation, conveyors, packaging, processing, and material handling equipment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a 24/7, multi-shift operation.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-facing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 7-8 maintenance technicians on 3rd shift to meet reliability goals.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve uptime and equipment performance.

We are partnering with a well-established F&B manufacturer to hire an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a large, high-volume manufacturing facility. This is an opportunity for a strong maintenance leader to step into a highly visible role and make an immediate impact on preventive maintenance, team development, equipment reliability, and overall maintenance execution.

What We're Looking For:
