Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a well-established food & beverage manufacturer to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for a large, high-volume facility in the Akron area. This hands-on leadership role focuses on preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and developing the maintenance team in a 24/7, multi-shift environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive maintenance leadership experience in high-speed production, strong PLC/troubleshooting skills, and a track record of

Qualifications

Experience leading maintenance in large-scale food & beverage or high-speed manufacturing.
Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background.
Able to train and hold teams accountable.
Proven ability to improve uptime, PM compliance, and reliability.
Experience with PLCs, automation, conveyors, packaging, processing, and material handling.

Responsibilities

Lead 24/7 maintenance on a 3-shift operation.
Manage 7-8 technicians on 3rd shift.
Drive a proactive maintenance culture and reliability improvements.
Improve equipment uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance execution.
