iRiS Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a well-established food & beverage manufacturer to hire a Maintenance Manager for a large, high-volume facility in the Akron area. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and leading a sizeable maintenance team to execute world-class maintenance practices.

You will oversee 5-6 maintenance supervisors and 20+ technicians, drive a proactive maintenance culture, ensure PM compliance, and manage PLC/automation

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership experience in a large-scale facility.
• Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background.
• Experience leading teams in a 24/7 operation and driving reliability.

Maintenance Manager

We are partnering with a well-established food & beverage manufacturer to hire an experienced Maintenance Manager for a large, high-volume manufacturing facility. This is an opportunity for a strong maintenance leader to step into a highly visible role and make an immediate impact on preventive maintenance, team development, equipment reliability, and overall maintenance execution.

What we’re looking for

• Maintenance leadership experience within a large-scale food & beverage or high-speed consumer products manufacturing facility
• Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background with the ability to build a more proactive maintenance culture
• Proven ability to develop, train, and hold maintenance teams accountable
• Experience improving equipment reliability, uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance execution
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge involving PLCs, automation, conveyors, packaging, processing, and material handling equipment
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a 24/7, multi-shift operation
• A strong sense of urgency and experience supporting a high-volume, customer-facing manufacturing environment
