Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to maintenance team and vendors/contractors.
• Provide training to maintenance team to ensure policy and safety compliance.
• Oversee cleaning, painting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance after hours.
• Assist with budget planning and cost control with the Property Manager.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and prioritize work orders.
• Conduct annual apartment inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Complete all work orders timely, prioritizing emergencies and violations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and manage turnover of vacant units.
