You will supervise daily work, coordinate preventive maintenance, and respond to urgent after-hours calls while maintaining a professional image and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and locksmith tasks as required.
• Coordinate with management and outside vendors to complete tasks on time.
• Interact with tenants to address maintenance needs and ensure tenant satisfaction.
