Job summary

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to own the day-to-day maintenance across 17 locations in Waukesha County. You will troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems, tackle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping tasks, and coordinate vendor services to keep facilities safe and welcoming.

This onsite role demands dependability, resourcefulness, and strong organizational skills, with the aim of delivering best-in-class service and maintaining a professional environment

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance, repair and upkeep of our 17 locations throughout Waukesha County. From troubleshooting HVAC and mechanical systems to tackling plumbing, electrical, carpentry and groundskeeping needs, you'll have the variety and independence to put your skills to work every day. You'll also have the opportunity to spot potential problems before they become bigger ones, coordinate vendor services and make sure our facilities remain safe, efficient, professional and welcoming for everyone who walks through our doors.
