Job summary

First State Bank is seeking an experienced maintenance professional in Key West, FL to perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, as well as grounds maintenance.

Your role includes handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks, implementing preventative measures, and coordinating with the Maintenance Manager for inspections and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted.
• Experience operating equipment including snow blowers, lawn mowers and small hand tools.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work well with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
