Job summary

WaterStone Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily and preventative maintenance across all bank locations. The role requires basic HVAC and building controls familiarity, plus electrical and plumbing tasks, with flexibility for on-call shifts and travel between sites.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of commercial maintenance experience and a High School diploma. Proficiency with CMMS and general computer skills are expected, along with a valid driver's license for

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial office maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, MS Word) and willingness to learn CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all WaterStone Bank locations.
• Learn and operate building controls and basic electrical, plumbing, and security tasks.
• Support on-call coverage and travel between office locations.
• Back-up for Mail Room Courier duties.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description This role reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor; an individual in this role will assist with the daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all WSB locations and any rented properties.

What you’ll be doing in the Facilities Maintenance Technician position

• Knowledge and basic experience with HVAC, ability
• to learn or know building automation controls. Basic electrical skills,
• light fixture change out, ballasts, bulbs Plumbing skills, toilet
• repair, faucet repair/replace, drain cleaning Understanding of security
