Central Minnesota Mental Health Center is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Saint Cloud, MN. The role involves comprehensive facilities and grounds maintenance across multiple campus locations with a flexible, full-time schedule.

The ideal candidate has a High school diploma or GED, a Boiler Special license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months), and 1+ year maintenance experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a DHS background check. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Boiler Special license or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• 1+ year grounds and facility maintenance experience.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Clear DHS background study.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance (all campus locations).
• Move/transport, construct/assemble office furniture.
• Repair construction problems, change light bulbs, painting.
• Test boilers daily.
• Monthly safety facility checks.
• Grounds maintenance including shrubs, weeds, tree trimming, and gutter cleaning.

$22.16/hour - $26.00/hour

SCHEDULE:

Full-Time (40 hours a week, flexible schedule, day hours)

Duties And Responsibilities

The Maintenance Specialist performs routine grounds keeping duties, maintenance duties and building repair services. The Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Facility maintenance (all campus locations: St. Cloud, Monticello, Buffalo & Elk River)
• Move/transport, construct/assemble office furniture
• Repair constructions problems change light bulbs, painting
• Test boilers daily
• Monthly safety facility checks
• Grounds Maintenance
• Maintain shrubs, weeds in landscape, tree trimming, spring and fall clean-up and clean gutters
