Job Responsibilities

1. Perform troubleshooting, maintenance repairs, and preventive maintenance for all equipment and facilities.
2. Assist production as needed.
3. Maintain the maintenance shop area in a neat and organized manner.
4. Monitor and maintain all production, support, and auxiliary equipment, including setup of molds and recording maintenance activities.
5. Understand and interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications; troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controls); work with live and low/high voltage electrical systems in accordance with OSHA and NFPA 70 standards.

Work Schedule

Available shifts: Mon-Fri or 12-hour nights on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Responsibilities & Authority

Technimark establishes the interrelation of all personnel who manage, perform, and verify work affecting quality via the organization chart and specific procedures, ensuring the necessary independence and authority. The organization chart is reviewed annually for adequacy. Authority is established in the Control of Nonconforming Product procedure.

Additional Duties

1. Perform and record preventive maintenance on production equipment and building systems.
2. Work closely with all departments to ensure maximum efficiency and quality with minimal downtime.
3. Inspect machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment for safe and efficient operation.
4. Assist in setting up new or special equipment, automation, and robots.
5. Report or fix potential problems proactively.
6. Organize and maintain inventory of spare parts; notify Maintenance Manager when replacements are needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical principles, and operation; ability to read related prints.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic safeties are functioning properly, complying with OSHA and other regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop and work areas according to company policies.
