Responsibilities

1. Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
2. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems.
3. Utilize operating manuals and schematics to assess and resolve maintenance problems efficiently.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns and ensuring a safe environment.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS or work order system.

Qualifications

1. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance.
2. Proficiency in electrical systems and electrical experience.
3. Ability to read and interpret schematics.
4. Customer service and support skills.
5. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and welding.
6. Experience with CMMS and work order systems in maintenance environment.
