Overview
The Formulary Maintenance Specialist will support clinical pharmacists by administering and maintaining formularies for pharmacy benefit management, and assist with the residency program and pharmacy students under the guidance of the Formulary Operations Manager.

This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Licensed Pharmacy Technician required.
Experience: At least 5 years of pharmacy experience; PBM or healthcare experience is a plus.
