Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. invites you to join our Maintenance/Shop Management Trainee Program in Kent, Ohio. This 24-week, hands-on experience lets you participate in all areas of our operations while gaining knowledge of our culture and the transportation industry.

You will receive development in leadership skills to prepare for future shop leadership roles. During training you will rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and be willing to relocate to different service centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift during training.

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
• Develop Leadership skills.
• Develop Shop and Maintenance knowledge.
