Client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on reliability, preventive maintenance, and team development to support production performance.

The ideal candidate will manage maintenance programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives to improve uptime, efficiency, and quality while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

7-9 years of experience maintaining complex production equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead daily maintenance activities to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
Develop and manage preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and maintenance standards.
Allocate maintenance resources and labor to support production requirements.
Manage maintenance budgets and support capital expenditure planning.
Oversee maintenance inventory and spare parts management.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to support plant operations.
Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and HSE teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Support new equipment launches, installation projects, and process improvements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, efficiency, and quality.
