Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

• Allocate maintenance resources and labor to support production requirements.
• Manage maintenance budgets and support capital expenditure planning.
• Oversee maintenance inventory and spare parts management.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to support plant operations.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and HSE teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Support new equipment launches, installation projects, and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on uptime, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications

• Technical certification in one or more of the following: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, or Pneumatics.
• 7-9 years of experience maintaining complex production equipment.
• Previous maintenance leadership or management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
