Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Kissimmee, FL to keep apartments in top condition and residents comfortable. You will handle repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with seasonal tasks, ensuring safety and quality across the community.

You should have 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC, a valid driver's license, and strong communication with residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a positive attitude.
• Perform general maintenance: light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks.
• Stay alert for emergency maintenance needs; work safely and efficiently.
