Arlington Properties, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician in North Port, FL. You’ll prepare vacant apartments, respond to work orders, and perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair to keep units and facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Proficient communication with residents and team members
• Flexible schedules including weekends and on-call shifts

Responsibilities

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency
• Perform general maintenance incl. plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs as on-call
