Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair community buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high quality. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage the make-ready process for vacant units in a fast-paced residential environment.

The role requires HOA/property management maintenance experience, tool-handling skills, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools unless prohibited by state law; know safe use of tools.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for internal/external contacts.
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to interact with residents and teams.

• Diagnose and repair defects in buildings, grounds, and common areas according to policies and safety standards.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
