Perimeter Security Partners is seeking a Maintenance and Service Project Manager to oversee ACP maintenance and service contracts and task orders in Brentwood, TN. You will liaise with clients, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, and ensure execution aligns with contract requirements.

You will prepare reports, develop subcontract documents, and support field teams with scheduling and logistics, including 24/7 dispatch rotation.

Competenze

• Associates’ degree in business administration, management, electronics, engineering technology, logistics, or a related field is required.
• A Bachelors’ degree is preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify and coordinate the execution of all work and reporting requirements of assigned contracts.
• Coordinate with technicians and clients to plan and schedule work.
• Collect and organize documentation after each repair or maintenance visit.
• Develop service and maintenance proposals with quotes and cost sheets.
• Track status of service orders and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and customers regularly.
• Support technicians with site access, parts, and checklists for repairs/maintenance.
• Improve purchasing and material management processes across business lines.
• Perform 24/7 dispatch duties on a rotation basis.
• Provide remote assistance to technicians as needed.
• Manage Army Corps of Engineers projects within the QC system when applicable.
