Job summary

Perimeter Security Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and manage construction from start to finish at the Brentwood, TN office.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or construction management and 3+ years of PM experience in construction. Procore and MS Project experience are highly valued. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field.
• Three years’ experience as a construction project manager or in a similar position in construction management.
• Able to manage and motivate employees, teams, and subcontractors to accomplish project goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily coordination with all project site superintendents and update leadership on progress.
• Collect and organize electronic documentation for each project (pre-bid to close-out).
• Develop pre-construction submittals including material submittals, quality control, safety plans, and design quality checks.
• Coordinate with agencies to draft and edit work plans and design packages.
