Qualifications

• Reads and writes English.
• General mechanical aptitude and ability.
• EPA Freon Recovery and HVAC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site maintenance and repairs of property systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Organize turnover activities and preventive maintenance from work orders.
• Order supplies and maintain maintenance inventory.
• Inspect contractor work and take corrective actions as needed.
• Train subordinate staff and participate in selecting outside contractors.
