Job summary

Service Manager at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing general maintenance for the property to ensure residents have a clean, safe, and attractive place to live. The role also involves maintaining property assets and coordinating with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• General mechanical aptitude and ability demonstrated.
• Valid Driver’s License required if operating a vehicle.
• EPA Freon Recovery and HVAC certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site maintenance and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Organize turnover activities and preventive maintenance by prioritizing work orders.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and oversee contractor work.
• Train staff and participate in contractor selection and scheduling.
