Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance functions.
• Supervise and participate in general maintenance and repairs.
• Organize turnover activities and preventive maintenance work.
• Inspect work done by outside contractors and take corrective actions.
• Train subordinate staff.
