Job summary

Morgan Properties in Laurel, MD is seeking a Pipeline Assistant Service Manager to lead a maintenance team on-site, diagnosing issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring safe, well-maintained communities.

You’ll help set on-call, preventive maintenance, and work orders, while supervising daily operations and inventory. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany a role with on-site emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
• One-year certificate, 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and making repairs.
• Provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance repair.
• Establish and prepare a 24 hour on-call schedule for the team and be available during on-site emergencies.
• Manage and organize inventory of maintenance materials.
• Establish on-call, preventive maintenance, make-ready and work-order schedules.
• Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units.
