Morgan Properties, LP is hiring an Assistant Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations for our community. You will mentor the maintenance team, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues, and ensure readiness for on-call emergencies.

The role requires scheduling on-call rotations, maintaining inventory, and inspecting buildings, including vacant units, while supporting the Service Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Formación

• One-year certificate, 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
• Active and valid driver’s license with personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and making repairs.
• Provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, and appliance repair.
• Establish and prepare a 24 hour on-call schedule for the team; be available for on-site emergencies.
• Manage and organize inventory of maintenance materials.
• Create and maintain on-call, preventive maintenance, make-ready, and work order schedules.
• Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Service Manager.
