Job summary

Airborne Global Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to build lines in AIMS for travel, lodging, rental cars and ground transportation, and provide this information to maintenance personnel and base stations.

This role supports Tulsa Maintenance Directors and Managers, Stores, QC/Inspection, Heavy Maintenance, MX class attendees, and contractors, handling schedules, reports, badges, and related duties as required by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft products.
• Good communications - both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Build lines in AIMS to set up travel, lodging, rental cars, and ground transportation for maintenance personnel.
• Create daily schedules for Flight Mechanics and verify crew stops and qualifications.
• Print and manage expense reports, badges, and related documentation as required.
• Brief new hires on schedules, reports, per-diem, and access procedures.
• Perform duties as assigned by Manager and Director of Maintenance.
